In manufacturing non-3D curve products with high-standard technologies, Chpc uses 5-axis CNC multi-tasking of turning and milling with simultaneous motion applications to provide customers for the processing solutions of both complexity and accuracy. The machine center offers cycloid processing and wave processing to make the cutting path more smooth and to enhance the surface condition. This technology is mostly used in large complex ring parts such as Low-Pressure Compressor fairings, engine casings and other similar parts. It has been applied to many key aircraft engine components and certified by customers including Safran Group and GE Aviation.
