Electron beam welding (EBW) is a high-precision, high-energy density welding technology that uses high-speed electron beams to impact workpieces to generate heat energy and achieve deep melting welding of metals. This technology is widely used in aerospace, semiconductor, energy, medical equipment and high-end precision industrial fields, and is particularly suitable for welding high-melting-point metals, dissimilar metals or workpieces with extremely low requirements for thermal deformation.
The biggest feature of EBW is that it is carried out in a vacuum environment, which can effectively prevent oxidation and contamination, ensuring that the weld is pure and strong. The weld has the advantages of deep and narrow, small heat-affected zone, and extremely low deformation, and has excellent joint quality and repeatability, which is suitable for key parts with extremely high requirements for welding quality.
Through electron beam welding, we can achieve precision and reliability that are difficult to achieve with traditional welding, and provide customers with high-quality joining solutions.
