Chaheng successfully developes aluminium alloy fan blade manufacturing technology with 4-axis rather than traditional 5-axis machines through its abundant processing experience on super alloy. With this technology and the precision techniques, CHPC is able to fabricate it despite the fan outlet guide van (OGV) assembly module is made of special aluminum alloy and known as an exceedingly critical product for its complicated productions such as particular surface treatment - phosphoric acid anodizing, the bonding of thin blade to honeycomb, and the aerospace ultrasonic wave inspection of inner defections. |
