Commercial aircraft engines are normally composited of multiple rings as a cylindrical shape. Chpc has 800T simultaneous pressing technology, which is using extremely precise pressing mechanism to manufacture superalloy with precise, uniform and round characteristics during forming process, and can handle parts with a diameter of 1500mm and a thickness of 15mm. This technology has been applied to a number of key engine components and certified by Safran Group.
