CHPC’s high-speed fast hole EDM is a 6-axis machine which can drill cooling holes for aerospace superalloys such as nickel-based alloys. The pore size range is 0.2mm-6.0mm. With fast hole EDM process, the final product can withstand high temperature and high pressure during aero-engine running. This technology has been certified by GE Aviation and NADCAP, a third-party of the aerospace industry.
